They offer endless options of layering 2 fragrance together and create your unique scent. Tera, the sales lady is very knowledgeable and patient.
Nice packaging!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment I discovered the brand I’ve been obsessed with the perfumes and overall aesthetic. I’ve been wanting the ‘orange blossom’ perfume for so long and my wonderful boyfriend gifted me it. (The ‘Blue Bell’ one is next on my list…)
They even engraved my name on it! I highly recommend the perfumes if you prefer something more natural and not strong and in your face…
Staff is lovely as well! ?

The Assistant Mgr. and Shauna were quick to help and rectify the matter. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Thank you Shauna!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be my favourite Jo Malone store because of the highly-knowledgeable and friendly staff. Went to visit this location recently and I was very disappointed. I was looking for a scent & one of the associates (first time seeing her) clearly doesn't know her stuff. She was pushing a scent that she like for herself. She was quite rude. She should listen & pay attention more to the customer's needs.
I ended up buying a gift for a friend because the item she want specifically is only available in this store, otherwise, I would just go buy it somewhere else. Also the lady can't even tie a decent bow properly and the brand is known for their beautiful packaging. She didn't include any samples at all. I have been here many times and they usually include samples to try and they were very generous
Additionally the merchandising could be way better, the store looks very messy and dirty, literally. Some of the shelves are very dusty and so is the floor. Products are full of fingerprints as well. Please clean and sanitize the products more often for the safety of everyone.
Staff need to be retrained with product knowledge & customer service.
This is supposed to be a luxury brand. but based on my latest experience, it didn't feel like it.
