★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Kristin do my makeup for a daytime event and it was flawless! I have been to many makeup artists from different companies and she's one of the best. I highly recommend her! I ready do love this mac location cuz they have a great atmosphere to shop with a great selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time buying a Mac make up and because all the good reviews on theirs products I was very optimistic. I enter to the store and asked for help, a associate ask other associate to help and then she came ask me what I was looking for and I said I would to try the studio fix powder foundation. She was very straight to the point "this one is the color for you" with no smile, no kindness, nothing. I was just one more like "If with you want good, if you don't want, please don't waste my time ". Because I was really needing the make up I bought it and then after half a hour realized there color for my skin was too yellowish and I decided to return right away. When I came back to the store I ask for help to other associated and she was OK and helped me find my color, but like the first associate I felt like they thought they were doing me a favor. I'm very pleasant with my purchase but not so much with the customer service.

I quickly got a call from Katie who walked me through the steps on how to pick up my order from Yorkdale and kindly chatted with me about a couple other products which she sent me home with samples of. Katie was very helpful and knowledgeable; her impeccable customer service deserves to be recognized!
Thank you for all your hard work and positive attitude in these trying times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not go to this store , they are thief , they are not loyal to customers , rude , every time I go there they do wrong pricing ,wrong discounts for me , my beside customers will b getting 50% off ,while I will getting 40% off even being loyalty customer . If you question they blabber only lies and try to put u out of store , so other innocent customers not to get know they tricks of sucking our money . Yesterday I placed online order . Crossed checked 4 times with cashier about the address , she messed up with my address and when I asked they told ,I have to call customers service for what they did . The manager was least bothered about it , she said I will call the customers service and fix and nothing she didn’t even apologies for what happened , just the trick to put me out of store . And Monday morning I got mail got shipped to wrong address .. such a unprofessional people don’t respect people time and value for our money , giving fake discounts . If your not checking the billing before and after ,you will be loser in this store always wrong billing .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get lipstick today at Yorkdale Mac store, 2 women was working there, not welcoming me, I said I need I’m going to buy lipstick, the lady asked “ you want to buy it test them” I said “ I want to buy” with the rudeness she picked the lipsticks and cashed out me, not even said thank you, she was busy with talking on the phone , i asked a question relates to the lipstick to another white slim lady who believes she better than anyone, she was so busy organizing lipsticks on the shell, not even give me eye contact or respect she was walking away from me while she was answering!! Will never ever go to this store.
