My wife made an online purchase thinking that it would be the easy way to go with a newborn. We live in Markham and had to drive to Yorkdale Mall to retrieve our package. They put the wrong address (some other address in Ottawa) on the shipping label, Canada Post informed us that they tried to deliver but it was return to sender.
Of all the online orders I have placed, including eBay stuff, never has anyone careless enough to have the wrong address on the shipping label.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never heard about this store before . Visited yesterday first time at Yorkdale.i am in love with the amazing collection there. Didnt get chance to buy anything yesterday but tried few scrub , lotions.?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the best experience ever at this location, staff were very friendly and very helpful, nice range of products from body scrubs (that aren't sugar based), to hand creams, hand sanitizers, body creams, soap bars, foam cream (like shaving cream), and other things. Excellent decor, loved everything about the store. Would recommend this location for anyone whose looking for bath products, that aren't harsh on your skin and more for your money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a beautiful shop! Ended up buying some hand lotions here, and they smelled wonderful.
I feel though...the employees could have been a bit friendlier. I was trying to make conversation, and felt they just wanted my money and that’s it. Great conversation and communication skills, can go a long way. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the store today and one of the girls that work there is very rude. Her name was Michelle I believe. I said “hello” and “have a nice day” once I was leaving and neither of the times did she answer. Do not like the vibe/energy of this store. i don’t recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for body lotion which has a smell of tea and the worker here recommended me one and another hand cream. I didn’t realized that the body lotion recommended was hand cream until I got home!!! I bought two hand cream!!! Bad experience here.
