★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a jacket there, Wore it less than 6 times, Pocket broken within 18 days. When I called the store...
1. "Sorry we don't have warranty on our products" - Okay sure, fine. It hasn't been a year, It broke within less than a month.
2. "Oh well if it were within 14 days we may have been able to do something" - Okay.. so your overpriced products aren't supposed to last more than 14 days?.... Gotcha.
3. 4x "Well... we've never ever had a problem with our products before". - Irrelevant and redundant f@$king sentence, what do you think I'm calling to tell you? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Finally she agreed to give me the managers e-mail to which then the manager ignored my 3 e-mails.
No solution, just paid for the fix myself.
Great service until sale is made. Then all downhill, might as well just call it Holts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Wednesday, I asked them to have this dress on hold and they said they will give me a call if it gets sold. They never gave me a call so I went to buy it on the same day but it was already sold out! Then they told me that they will have it transferred from Eaton Centre and I should have it by this Friday or Saturday. Today is Friday, so I just called them to check if they have my dress and they said 'no' so I asked them if I will have it by this Saturday then they said they don't receive anything on the weekends! They are so unorganized. They sell clothes that costs hundreds of dollars and this is the customer service that I get.

The layout of the store makes this location feel roomy and bright.
Definitely my favourite Sandro location...and the staff is always beyond lovely making the experience here even more enjoyable!!
