★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager was excellent and saved the day when making my purchase. The sales staff made the shopping experience uncomfortable. It was like they'd never communicated with strangers before. Looked stunned to be speaking and having to interact with me. This is Toronto...there's all kinds of people here. Great brand, bizarrely staffed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER SHOP HERE. I went here for opening weekend 2 weeks ago and they made me wait in line for changing rooms for 45 mins while the associates let people with more items push in front of us. They would then speak to them in Mandarin so no-one else in the store would know what they were saying while they pushed. After 40 mins they let the lady in front of me try her items in in Sandro. After I got to the changing rooms the associate DIDNT EVEN GET MY SIZES so I literally left empty handed. THEY DIDNT EVEN GET MY SIZES!!! I even confirmed when I was in the line since i asked for 2 sizes of a pair of shorts but could only see one- she said they were both there. They got my number and said they would call me when they had my size.
I JUST WENT BACK TODAY. They had my size (guess 2 weeks wasn't long enough to tell me they got my size in) there was a new manager (acted like the last got fired??) and she refused to help me- they had 14 people in the changing room line but only 2 people were in the store. The people who were actually there were also really angry. I tried to reason with the manager and ask if they could apply the same promo (since it was still the same) and the lady said no. She offered her number but said there was nothing shell ever be able to do! THEN WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO GIVE ME YOUR NUMBER?? Literally no help.
Trust me when I say dont go because I cant even BELIEVE i went back. You're welcome for saving your time in advance. I also let customer service know politely 2 weeks ago but clearly it didn't work because nobody got back to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid Michelle (has glasses) rudest employee in the store. She bosses all the other co workers around and has no respect. If other co workers tell her something she barks and barks. No response. The brand is being ruined by her working there. I strongly recommend management remove her. I have sent an email to headquarters so they can investigate. AVOID HER!!!! SHE WILL RUIN YOUR DAY!!! Terrible terrible employee hopefully, ex employee. To be more specific... rude to non Chinese employees and customers. 2019 and we still have racists running high end retail stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister got a dress at this store soon she changed her mind and wanted to return they said we cannot, only change or credit store. !!!This is so silly it is kind of stealing people's money this is a policy in some luxury brands like Cartier.....I am so upset with this store and don't recommend it to anyone
