★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From Scarborough I went to the downtown location to buy nike hoodie, they didn't have it and yorkdale location had it. I had to travel all the way to Yorkdale location. Arriving here they didn't have the product which i paid for at the Downtown location. I went to many other places in the mall and still couldn't find it. Footlocker Yorkdale gave me my refund.
I had to travel all this places in such a time when Covid numbers are at highest.
But I was glad to meet associate named Ash, he went above and beyond and got me the Jordan hoodie. This is how a company should value the customer experience.
I want to thank Ash for his kind gesture.
5 stars and I recommend this to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn’t open store 1.5hrs after store was supposed to open because they didn’t want to release sneakers when they were supposed to. If you’re so worried about people buying shoes, then don’t sell shoes in the first place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good store. Got my son these Kyrie but their prices were way over priced. I mean like $70 over the cost you would get these same shoes for at footlocker or Sportscheck. I was in a rush and I know I was paying more than the actual cost that I could have gotten them for but the staff were very courteous and professional. I only give a 3 star because of the overpricing of items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store Manager couldn't sell shoes because he wasn't allowed, waiting response from his supervisor. What's the point of being a store manager than for a shoe that realesed the day before. Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in to place something on hold as soon as they opened. They said they would hold it for me. Went to the mall but it was an hour long wait just to get into Yorkdale! Called them back to extend the hold until the next day but got a flaky worker who was confused with the policy on this...just to find the item wasn't even in hold and already sold. I would have been fuming if I waited for an hour to find this out. Buy online even if you don't get the in-store discounts. Not worth the poor service and disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So busy on weekends. It’s near impossible to move/walk around in this store. They tend to be sold out in average sizes for popular shoes. (Probably due to the volume of customers). If you’re looking for a specific style that is quite popular;This is probably not the best location to visit. Staff is helpful and friendly but fighting the crowds of people here on a weekend just isn’t worth it to me...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super busy on weekends. The store was full of customers and wait time for help was too long! Staff looked stressed. Good idea to go there during the week instead of the weekend. It's better to get there early when the store opens to avoid the crowds. The store had limited stock of shoes because of the huge volume of customers.
