★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the store just browsing at first. Husband ended up buying a bomber because of the superior customer service we received from Yvonne. Literally the best service one could ask for. She was extremely patient and polite with us and was not pushy at all. We were super happy with our purchase and I might consider buying another winter jacket from her this winter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the garment in full price within 30 days but I want to refund it. The full price garment is unworn with its original condition and all tags is still be affixed. But the sales associate does not accepted for refund. I am complaining about Moose Knuckles and I am not satisfying the sales associate's service. I am very upset and I will never come to buy anything in your store anymore because your sales associate break the promise and the service is the worst that I never experience before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars I would. After opening Pajar and goose jackets for years I bought 2 jackets. One ripped at the seam 3 weeks in. They won't repair or replace because they weren't detected when they left the warehouse. Their warranty is a joke. DO NOT RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 2 visits to Knuckle Moose shop in Yorkdale shopping centre (Toronto) I finally managed to buy the parka I wanted. The sales lady, Queste was extremely helpful and very patient. I wanted a black parka that was on sale and they had none in the shop so she kindly looked at other outlets and found what I wanted in an Edmonton outlet. Very satisfied with my purchase as Queste explained all the details and features of each jacket. I look forward to my next Moose Knuckle purchase if the buying experience this time is anything to go by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wife was very pleased with the service she got from Keanu at the Yorkdale location. Said he was very polite and was still very happy to help her despite her being indecisive with two jackets for over an hour. Sounded like great customer service to me. Warmest regards to the young man!

Bought a bomber for $1100 only to notice the fur falls off the trim. After looking through the warranty claims others have made i found out their warranty policy is a complete joke. EVERYTHING is considered "wear and tear" for Moose Knuckles which brings me to the question what do you guys actually cover under that warranty you claim to offer ???? If I had known this I never would have bought this jacket. On a side note my nike down jacket is literally just as warm no joke and holds up better and costed $120.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The have an ok product, but their mission statement does not align with how the deliver their products to customers. My hardworking husband bought a coat from them for me for Christmas and it had a tear we did not see until later in the week. Because the are so greedy and don't care, the decided not to remedy this issue. The honest mistake my husband made was trusting that the would ship a quality undamaged product, but considering how we were treated with this thousand dollar purchase I am not ever recommending this company or its products to anyone. Never again even their in-person customer service sucks but wonder if the value of their service decreases with skin colour.

She is 100% professional! She assisted me with my purchase, She has a lot of knowledge on the jackets, was extremely patient and honest with me!
