β β β β β Tried to exchange a shirt and was denied entry because boxing day sales (Dec 28 btw) take precedence over customer satisfaction. No signs up, and the cashier I purchased the shirt from said I could make an exchange without notifying me of such a restriction. At this point, I'd rather throw the shirt away than support this specific location.

β β β β β Decent selection of casual, and semi formal wear. They also carry under garments and thermal type wear. The store is two stories and there is ALOT of clothing but it somewhat duplicates on the 2nd floor. They sleepwear too, I've bought alot of sweat wear and shirts from here. The staff is very helpful and always willing to engage without any attitude. Prices are on par with competitors, the quality is awesome for the price.

I will never shop at this store again. Their Online Store sales and policies is ridiculous compared to every other leading brand which offer you a full refund.
Bought items and their click and collect process sends you so many emails that itβs like spam when you really just need one pick up email.

I bought 3 jackets and was forced to exchange in store in one transaction NO Store Credits OR you need ship back yourself pay shipping and they charge you $ on top of all they $ 9.90 + Tax. Such a greedy company!!! Spent hundreds here and never again.
All associates jsut say I donβt know itβs online policy I donβt know I donβt know and play dumb.

β β β β β Cute store with a great layout. This is a great example of a store that optimizes their space to ensure a comfortable experience for shoppers.
Despite how busy this store can get; it never feels crowded.
The light airy atmosphere makes shopping here enjoyable and stress free.
Great prices on wardrobe staples.
Staff at this location are awesome too!

β β β β β Big unit in the mall, lots of products stocked and well organized. There's more than 1 floor to this location and lots to see in here. The staff are all trained for supporting customers and are knowledgeable on product location and stocking. The check-out could use a bit more help though as the line-ups are constantly long and should be organized a bit better. Otherwise, the location is pretty good and consistently priced.

β β β β β My 5 year old daughter enjoyed looking at the UT shirts. She wanted to get the Pokemon shirt, but I didn't really look like a Pokemon shirt so I convinced her she didn't really need it. They had other styles as well like Disney Princesses and Marvel stuff. There are two floors. My wife felt overwhelmed with all the clothing options for women on the first floor. As we were here mainly for our daughter, we spent most of our time on the second floor. We didn't end up picking anything for our daughter, but we would definitely visit the next time we come to Yorkdale Shopping Centre.
