S	Sean Morgan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Boxing Day 2021 around 2:30p, and had a great experience. I purchased a Macmillan Parka for myself that looks and fits amazing. All the workers whom I interacted with were pleasant and professional and at no point did I feel pressured to complete a sale. A nice touch at the end was when the concierge said bye to me using my name. I definitely recommend visiting this location if you are interested in purchasing a CG jacket.

Alexander accommodated and help my Dad choose from different design that would be based on his need. This has made easier for my dad to decide. Shout out to Alexander for being helpful and nice to us… Keep up the good work.

Yesterday, my sister brought my mom here to exchange for a different color. However, this store made it impossible for my mom to exchange. My mom and my sister were very upset about its very poor service and staff's arrogance. If we knew it would be turned out this way, we would definitely not spend our money here. We wanted to make our mom and sister happy with our presents, not upset. We will all return our jackets instead of keeping them. Our family wants to spend money elsewhere that respects and values their customers.

I tried PBI parka between S and XS several times to make decision which size was better for me. My wife also tried on her parka many times and also got a wonderful solution from Giselle. She answered all our questions patiently and made us clear.

Usher, he was very patient, easy to communicate with & catered our needs especially with what we are looking for in our first purchase of Canada Goose jackets.. He was very friendly, professional and willing to help all the time. Will definitely come back to this location and shop with Usher again in the near future! This guy deserves a recognition. We had Ahmed and Kelvin and they were FANTASTIC and made our experience 10 times more enjoyable. (They totally need a raise ?) probably the best retail shopping experience I’ve ever had.

Bought a coat in the fall and that in itself was a seamless experience with very knowledgeable sales ambassador who had it shipped straight to my home. Returned twice to the store in the spring to work through warranty issues and both times I've been beyond welcomed and helped out thoroughly (through the phone too). Try to go there on weekdays as they're very available to meet your needs. Honorable mentions to PREET, KAITLYN, STEFAN AND LEE who were above and beyond and highly attentive. A professional and top-notch retail staff. Canada Goose is lucky to have them.

Although there are few customers inside, they ask you to wait for over an hour. The wait is even longer if you advise them you are “exchanging”. My younger brothers bought 6 jackets from this store for our family couple days ago. They spent approximately $10,000 at this store. Today, I am trying to exchange for a different colour for mom. However, customer service from this store makes it very difficult and nearly impossible for their customers. After speaking with several staff, my mom and I have decided to leave. We are very surprised about the service at this store. We have asked my brothers to return our jackets instead of exchanging on another day. I am offering my brothers $500 each to also return their jackets to this store. Our family would rather purchase something else for better customer service experience. Canada Goose is not really a thing to us as the staff at this store might think.
