★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say I was a little bit disappointed with this Holt Renfrew. I really think they need to revamp the whole layout of this place because there’s no real good flow and the second floor is not even worth going to. Expected a lot more at this location especially because it’s in such a great mall. I would much rather shop at Nordstrom.

It feels like a museum. Somewhat boring and cold.
The staff are kind but the store just lacks excitement in its displays.
Nice enough layout and gorgeous product but after visiting Nordstrom’s this location of Holt Renfrew seems a little blah.
It’s ok though. Just not an exciting store.

She was so much fun and helped out in every way! Anybody coming to Mont Cler in the Holt Renfrew store! You go ask For Jen!! If you read this Jen, thank you for such an awesome experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don't waste your money, time and energy on their website. I placed an order on February 5th and they guaranteed that they will send my order by February 9th. Today is March 2nd which means that about 23 days have passed from the deadline and I have not received my order. I have contacted them more than 15 times and they always just said we are sorry and they did not do anything. finally, today they sent me an email and cancelled my order. Even when I contacted them and said to them that I want my order they said that we can’t do anything and this has happened which is out of our control. Their customers are not important to them at all and not only they do not compensate, but also they don't follow up, care and help. As a person in this society, I was responsible to inform you about their situation, now it is your choice to buy from them or the similar stores. Please consider the fact that I have bought many things from different online shopping stores and this is the first time that I am facing this problem and I have not seen a company as irresponsible as them and I can say that Holt Renfrew is the worst online store that I have ever seen and you can't count on them at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at Gucci Store are not helpful, not friendly and doesn’t care about you when you go there and if you look like you don’t have money to buy their stuff. They will only take care of you if you look like rich or have lots of money to buy from them. So disappointed ☹️ I ended up buying at Fendi where people doesn’t discriminate you. Shame on you Gucci Staff! You can do better!
