V	Vy Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate them MINUS if I could. They took my order incorrectly and when I came back to ask for what I wanted, they showed me an attitude and told me they were out of it. What?? So you intentionally took my order wrong to replace my dish with something else available without telling me and forced me to take it? They offered me a refund but throwing the money to my face. Is that something you supposed to do to your customers? How the owner could ever let their staff behave this poorly and disrespectfully to their customers. The behaviours were unacceptable and I noticed that they did the same thing to other customers. Please, stay away from this restaurant if you don’t want to have terrible experience.
E	Ec G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered take out shrimp rice wrap and pork poke bowl and when I got home to eat. Both smelled awful and this is straight waste of my money. Never going to eat there again. It wasn’t even busy and still got the worst takeout in a while. If I was allowed to give them a zero star. I would give them minus zero.

I saw the guy infront of me just leave and they didn't even care. They're really unhappy about taking your order or just unhappy period. Next time, put a sign up if you're not going to take order when others restaurant are already opened.

They seem to be the only place here with this attitude that I usually let slide...and even ordered a few times I visited because they never have a line (for obvious reasons). But I had the same experience as a previous reviewer. Came a few minute early and she told me that she only opens at 11:00! Okay, waited because my daughter wanted the sandwich so I came back a few minutes after opening and she said in that rude tone that she's not ready and doesn't know when! Horrible customer service AND rude people like the other reviews. They'll just stand there and look at you standing in line waiting. On more than a few occasions I can tell you that.

I walked passed it the other day and my friend ask what about this place, pointing to MII SANDWICH. We stood in line for several minutes and they didn't even acknowledged we were there until they begrudgingly took our order. Sorry for ordering!!

The person sent me to another. He sent me to another. Then I waited like 5 minutes. Then they gave me a normal spoon. I needed the special one which is for HALO HALO dessert. I told them twice they were not even listening. Poorest service ever.

It’s hit or miss at best, or even when its decent, it’s still subpar. The staff is decent but the cook is always rude and unfriendly. The vermicelli I received was cold and barely cooked— the chicken was pink and lacked any flavouring. The pork was not as advertised but merely a slice of spam-like meat. Very disappointing and this will be the last meal I buy from them.
