★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried a jacket and when I told them I want to buy it,They told me we can not accept any cards because our system is down the only way is cash but you have 2 weeks if you changed your mind. I paid $1600 cash. After a few days I went there to get the cash back and pay with my credit card the manager told me so you already paid and we don't have any refund policy . Don't trust this store .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a jacket a year ago. Now I want to dry clean it. No dry cleaning accepts it as I have been told that the color of leather items might change. They even told me that Rudsak is aware of the issues! Are we paying a hundred boxes for something with the issue and you are playing the fool? Very disappointing. I went to their store in Yorkdale mall. the girls over there mostly care about their appearance and they kept neglecting me until I left the store with no proper answer. Never ever recommend them even to my enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to buy a jacket and the girl with tattoos (I think it was cereal tattoos?) helped me find the right size! The girl at cash was also super helpful and I think she was the manager named Kate. Really great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to the store to purchase a jacket that I saw on line. All of the staff was very busy unpacking and trying on jackets that they just received. I was not acknowledged at all. My daughter asked one of your staff a question, she didn’t bother to turn around to answer they were all too busy chatting. All of the staff was at the back of the store no one was in the front to great customers. I walked over to the back and said “should I come back when you’re ready to help customers and what time should I be back?” One of the girls replied “can you help this Costomer?” Sounding like she did not want to come up to me. I was totally disgusted with your customer service. No wonder the store was empty. Get rid of your manager for not teaching customer service to the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to the store to browse for a new winter jacket and the staff members were extremely helpful! I think her name was Kanya??? She’s the assistant manager there I think? Super knowledgeable on products and helped me find a jacket that was suitable for my needs. Amazing staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Special thank you to the amazing management at Rudsak Yorkdale. Latisha and her staff are beyond amazing! I did phone her to let her know I truly enjoyed my experience. I purchased an Addy X (I’m a male by the way. This is a females jacket) and the girls made me feel like I could get any woman in this coat >.< !! Seriously though. Amazing and honest team. Some stores just sell you things to take your money. These girls really embody this Montreal brand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say that I absolutely LOVE my jacket. It is a Supper puff from Rudsak. The sheer comfort of this jacket makes it worth the purchase price.
It is very clear that customer service and satisfaction for Rudsak Yorkdale Mall is a priority. Special thanks to Jodi that goes above and beyond for her customers and is amazing with communication and follow through. I will strictly go to this location going forward.
