★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Experience! The manager over here is rude and doesn't know something called customer service. Ive never regretted buying a shoe more. The staff needs to be changed or they have lost a returning customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady with the long black hair I think she’s the manager there she wouldn’t return my shoes that I bought for a wedding and didn’t wear, defeating the whole return policy of 30 days.. I don’t understand why you have this policy if you will not honour it.. no one greats you at the door and she was very rude and unprofessional, very disappointed and they were $100 shoes the worst quality.

The style and quality of shoes are great though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked staff if they can place an item on hold for me as it was one of the only few locations that had the size I was looking for. This item was meant to be a gift and I kindly explained to staff that I would be able to get there within the next hour or 2 to purchase. Manager didn't really care about the customer's concern and just refused. Extremely disappointed in the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carmen (the woman with the black hair) is the manager of the store, but she doesn't know how to respect the customers. Other reviews confirm this as well.
She's unprofessional and rude, not helpful at all.
She declined returning a pair of shoes under the return policy.
Avoid her at any cost!
