★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attempted to make a return at Fairview mall and they denied me and gave me the most hard time ever. However, I went to Yorkdale and they gladly returned my sweater. Great experience here would not recommend Fairview at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store never answers the phone. I tried calling several times (literally 20 times) to put a few items on hold and had no luck. I live further away and did want to drive in if the items were not there. I called Dynamite's Customer Service line regarding getting a hold of someone at the store and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes, for them to try to call them but their own head office could not even get through.
The reply from Customer Service was that "it is a really busy mall and store. This is an issue with this store". Then why not resolve the issue by putting another staff member on the floor if you are "too busy" to answer the phone.
I used to work at Artizia in Yorkdale, which is equally as busy if not more. It was Aritzia's company policy to always answer the phone as customers on the phone were equally important as customers physically in the store.
This does not seem to be the case with Dynamite and it is a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im kind of was disappointed in my experience because it felt that I was overlooked a bit. I was in the line and although I didnt have a physical item in hand to purchase (I needed the associate to get the item from the back) .. instead of the cashier to make eye contact with me and call me next to get helped/cashed. The employee called a gentleman behind me who seemed like a big spender to them probably . It wasnt the cashiers fault entirely as the sales Associate who was helping the gentleman put the gentleman's purchases on the counter for her to cash out instead of acknowledging that there was someone in front of him and to help me first as that would be the right thing to do. The cashier did apologize.
On the side note I made an actual purchase and I am nor satisfied or dissatisfied with the purchase as it wasnt what I was looking for but makes an okay alternative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Dynamite as an inexpensive option to easily freshen up your wardrobe with a few pieces. Been to this particular store twice in recent days and the ladies working seem to be focused on things other than providing customers with good service. They seem preoccupied with talking to each other while customers wait in line or fail to have their questions answered. If you don’t have a size or have sold out, wouldn’t you recommend something else similar for the customer to consider? Maybe my expectations are too high from getting fabulous service at other stores in the mall. Also, during the busy holiday season, they only have two people working-one at cash and one on the floor working. Is that enough??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fitting room service is ridiculously slow. Waiting for almost 15 mins in line. I purchased a very damaged skirt and asked for discount. Not only did they only give me 10% but they failed to inform me that it is final sale. Now I am stuck with a skirt with multiple holes in it that I won’t even wear.
