Extremely unfriendly staff, walk in and browsing for at least 20 minutes. No one ask, never been offered for size or room. NON communication at all. Staffs were avoiding eye contact. Just WOW

NEVER ORDER ONLINE (XPRESS DELIVARY ) THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA $10 BUT THE DELIVERY TIME IS SAME AS THE REGULAR DELIVARY METHOD AND WHEN I WANTED TO TALK TO THE MANAGER HE/SHE (I CHATTED ONLINE) WAS SO RUDE AND JUST TOLD ME TO REVIEW THE POLICY !!!!!!!!!!!! Today is March/04/2022 @7PM with all do respect I personally love they're product but today I was disappointed, I pick up THREE LONG SLEEVE SHIRTS LENIN 79 DOLLARS EACH THE CASHIER ASKED ME FOR 0.25CENT FOR A BAG I TOLD HIM I AM SPENDING 240.00 PLUSE TAX U ASKING ME FOR 0.25 CENT ,I ASKE TO SPEAK WITH A MANEGER SHE WAS NEXT CASHIER TOLD ME EVERY BODDY HAS TO PAY ITS NOT FAIR I SAY ITS OK ,BUT YOU JUST LAST ASALE AND A GOOD CUSTOMER. It's not about 25 cent I hope someone from head office in Spain to read this.

I spent two and a half hours at the Yorkdale store and bought many wonderful things. My experience was especially pleasant due to the assistance of Bana who was very patient and helpful.

Amazing experience buying my first three piece suit! Cornelia was extremely helpful and easy to get along with. I didn't feel like she was trying to just sell me anything -- she was truly looking to help me find the right pieces for me and the goal was accomplished. The process was efficient thanks to all the staff helping to pull items in the right sizes from the back. I was in and out of the store within 30 minutes.

I have had excellent in-store experiences at this store years ago when it was the only store in Toronto. I just went there and stood at the cash while three people helped a man get a wallet. There was no one available. I waited about 5-7 minutes. I was only looked at about 4 minutes after standing there. It was horrible. I had an item on hold and hold her my name, she recited it seconds after incorrectly and no tissue paper at all. She did check the item over to see if it was okay, which I appreciated, but then her demeanour and the way she served me left me never wanting to go back to that store. I will not in case I have to return it, I will go to another location. I expect and deserve better service from this brand especially with all the money spent.

Can’t leave review anywhere for their online store, so I have to leave it here let people know how awful their online customer service is and I’ll never buy anything from this brand again. Here is what happens, I order a pair women’s boots for Valentine’s Day that my girlfriend wants for a long time, and because she is currently work overseas and as soon as I receive the package I took out the receipt in the package out and mail it out so It can make it for the Valentine’s Day. The problem began when she open the package and look close of the boots, she notice someone wrote big 8 not one but both boots. And the reason didn’t notice it is they are both face the other side, so I didn’t realize it when I open the package took the receipt out. Of course, I called customer service line to get it sort out and see what they can do. They are not only don’t have any empathy for how I frustrate I was for a defect gift and offer zero help and no compensation for their poor quality control. They just told me they can’t do anything when the boots is not in Canada and told me mail back boots first to Canada then they will issue ship label for the boots to ship back to their warehouse and refund me for the item since it’s out of stock for the size I want. So I basically wasted few hundreds bucks for international shipping and get nothing. That just unacceptable in my book especially it’s their poor quality control. Not only they are not willing to cover the international shipping but didn’t offer any kind coupon for their huge mistake. That is just poor customer service. So they are cut forever now.
