I ordered 6 items from Hudson Bay for mother’s day. Hudson Bay sent me five separate emails for shipping confirmations. They are sending each item separately which is absolutely insane and after all, they sent another email that the main item is sold out. If you can’t organize your inventory and update your website then stop offering online order and wasting my time.
You had to inform me of the Sold out item before you sent me the rest of the items.
I called the customer service to request a return. They kept me on hold for more than an hour and then they hang up on me. I can’t believe this is how they treat their customers.
In closing, if you want unreliable, disorganized, untrustworthy, horrible customer service and be kept on hold for an hour and end up frustrated and disappointed go to the Bay!
