★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I feel difficulties in my the one thing which I'm looking for and moreover there is no staff around to help you and by chance if you found someone they'll just say that we don't have the thing which you are looking. If you don't have it then why it's showing on your website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude workers. I've been there now 3 times and the same people work there, I'm surprised they still have their jobs. One girl named Aden who works there accused me of stealing after not helping me get another size. I would never steal, she just dropped the top I gave back to her after being in the fitting room. I hate this location now and will never revisit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store itself is fantastic, I'm a big fan of the clothes. Customer service really sucks though. Tried calling multiple times to get info on whether a certain item was in stock, and it was really noisy and hard to hear. The employee who answered the phone was talking to her friend while I was asking my question. As soon as I finally got her attention, she just kissed her teeth at me and hung up. In-store service is at least slightly better. I would still rather go to the Queen St. location.
