K	KORRECT Korrect on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very terrible store, I bought a jacket for my wife for her birthday but unfortunately it wasn't her size, we returned it together in less than 24hrs so that she can get another that will size her but we couldn't find any, this people refuse to refund our money, saying it can only be a stall refund, we were forced to buy things we don't need against our own wish and they never tell their customers that they don't refund money. They ruined my wife birthday......
R	Raquel Palmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m seeing these somewhat false comments in regards to the customer service at the urbn behavior at Yorkdale I went there a couple of times within the last month and most recently monday and the customer service was good , help me with whatever I need especially the fillipino man always in the front , and the young black men n woman with anything I was looking for …. yes there was a bit of a wait for the fitting room and a long line but the workers communicated saying that the location they are in is temporary and that soon they’d have more fitting rooms. And Monday. A worker fainted n me n another worker attended to her while CUSTOMERS!!! were more concerned about getting into the fitting room! Us as customers if you you reading this if YOU have patience you don’t go in have stay home n order , in regards to urban behaviour you guys need more workers to help you out

Waiting 30 mins to in to the changing room just to only spend 5mins, while they have 1 young lady trying on over 50 pieces. The. Come to the check out. Only one casher working. So that was another 30 mins wait. One the guy who was cashing came and was busy cutting strings off his out fit then disappeared. Won’t be returning. It’s best you go to Forever 21 because it’s the same things but better customer service
