β β β β β Good variety, great sales, staff could be friendlier. Went to counter to pay for stuff, left coffee on counter while I went to grab one more thing and I returned to find my coffee gone! Cashier threw it out, *insert eyeroll here*

β β β β β Great store for children's clothing. Prices are very reasonable, clothing is stylish and the store is never particularly busy since it is a short distance away for all the big box stores. Also, having Starbucks right nearby means I can grab a coffee afterwards which is very convenient.

β β β β β Weird in here... some guy was screaming about getting a refund about clothes he bought in bulk and the associates were super nasty towards him (despite him also being nasty). The associates were not helpful at all and it was just strange. Asked to get something up high and she looked really confused... got all the wrong sizes as well. So, I would not go back. It was pretty expensive as well.

β β β β β Nice location ...on the phone calling the store from 11:15am till 12:14pm phone constantly busy. Called 5 other stores in between , placed complaint at head Office called back store still busy. When I called at 12:15pm a young lady by the name Nisha answered the phone explained to her that the phone was busy for the hour, she offered an apology . It was definitely a personal call. So sad. Product knowledge is never their at this store, it's really unfortunate because we need to travel to Woodbridge store for products and GOOD customer service with knowledge of products. I think it's about time that Carter's head office look into this.

β β β β β I had a wonderful experience in this store! I came in a couple of days ago to buy a snow suit for my daughter. The staff were so helpful and sweet! Despite the store being busy I was treated very well! She gave me a lot of great advice regarding my daughter and what she would be most comfortable in as this is her first year wearing a two piece snowsuit. I normally don't write reviews online but I have to say this store has now gained a forever customer. I have seen that people can be a bit nasty on here. It's a shame. You would think that people would be a bit more sympathetic during these unprecedented times and not so rude towards front-line workers.
