Wilson Station - Toronto

Way too cold in the winter, the busses always pile up and come all at once and then not again for 35 minutes. The station itself is a disaster organisationally: simply mapped out very poorly.

There is no escalator going down from the upper bus stop. There is no elevator. You know wilson subway is giving us a hard time and headache specially with us who have a baby with a stroller.. its inconvenient. Atleast the management come to think of it and put an elevator for stroller or for the disabled persons.

Very large, Washrooms, convenience store, lottery kiosk, covered bus waiting area.(not climate controlled) Payphones, bakery, not yet wheel chair accessible. No digital signs for bus wait times. Centre subway platform.

the service is bad, the line 1 train always has problems and stays stopped for a long time

Washrooms are always clean, no matter what time it is.

The closure of the lower level means that you have to use an outdoor platform to use the Dufferin or Bathurst North routes.

(You have to have seen Castaway..lol) Anyways besides the Wilson Yard and over a decade or two ago. You could always find things in the plaza across the street where there's a Home Depot and it was one of the first ones in the GTA I think it's still there! This has always been a very important location in the transit system of Toronto sometimes I get mad at the employees who hide behind their Union and act very arrogant but there are many hard-working people especially maintenance. It's just often less than sympathetic bus drivers and station attendants.. However Wilson has always been a good station with Pleasant things and I've met people standing at the bus stop either strangers or people that I haven't seen in a while and it was just like how the heck are you here? So it's always a fun time for me and I sometimes just like linger around for a bit and catch the next bus.. usually a beautiful station it's gone through some Renovations and artwork up dates usually always getting a little bit of Maintenance because it has the upper ring of buses and like I said that used to be the north most point of the line which goes far more North now. I actually looked this up because I remember going to Downsview/shrppstd west and always seeing the plaque and remembering that it was built when I was young... I Was Here recently like a month or so ago but Google says 3 years ago and it was like okay whatever??‍♂️????? Everytime I'm there I just can't help holler out Wiiilsssonnn???‍♂️?? If you hear that it is probably me passing by!???‍♂️?
