Took some time off work to pick up stuff we had on hold we called earlier about, and get a few more things, but the store is closed. No signs, no notice, no one answering the phone since arriving. Head office doesn't answer either. Email, fb, instagram customer service responses unsatisfactory. Drove a long way with my pregnant wife, now we both have to work late to make up all this wasted time. Congratulations, you got me to write my first negative review.

Had the best experience today at this location.We went in store to get a new convertible car seat and the staff answered all questions we had ,explained all the different seats they had in store and after we narrowed it down to 2 options the sales associate offered to dry fit the seats to make sure we were choosing the best one that fits in our car.We left the the store purchasing a seat .The overall experience was great the whole team was friendly and helpful and made a stressful experience calming and made us feel great about the choice we made when it comes to our child’s safety .Will definitely be back and recommend to other friends .

Cute store. Good selection of products. Stopped in to look for some gift ideas and was approached by a couple different staff members asking if I was doing ok or needed any help. Nowadays it’s rare to find retail workers who are attentive yet not overbearing. It was a pleasant surprise to have staff at a retail store seem so attuned to customers needs... Although, I didn’t need any help, I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. I also overheard an associate demonstrating a stroller to an expectant couple, she was very knowledgeable and personable. This is a good store and the level of customer service deserves more than five stars! Thanks to the staff for making my experience a great one!

Excellent customer experience. I was clueless about the car seats, and they explained to us the pros and cons of different car seats. They are not trying to sell expensive stuff, but, stuff that you need and will use.

I came into snuggle bugz with my wife not knowing anything and worried about everything. Lucy just helped us SO much. I would highly recommend seeking her out for advice. We made a registry with her right away. Fantastic service and HONEST comforting advice.

If I can give negative stars I would! STAY AWAY from this store!!! Poor inconsistent services, manager (think her name is Mischa) is very very rude. Made me show her the purchase credit card even though it’s a gift from overseas because my mother can’t travel due to COVID, and their online order never require proof of card. Rude and unprofessional , don’t buy from here. I came with address and ID proof, plus the email confirmation for pickup. If you have a Registry you cannot pick up anything unless you have all your family, cousins, coworkers, and friends’ credit card photos to proof. I then asked for cancellation, but of course the customer before me her order won’t go thru because their computer system won’t accept 1 cent difference or something weird…. so waited another 20 min for that a total of an hour. Funny thing is while they won’t let me pick up, they cancelled my order without any proof of ID. People here don’t use their brain and don’t care about helping customers ! You will get low end services equivalent to a glitched old computer, while paying for premium goods.

I drove almost an hour here to return a stroller I ordered online. The lady at the counter told me the item is final sale. This was news to me because it was never stated on the website when I bought it. Apparently my wife and I must have both missed it - that's what the employee said. Ok I walked out because they were about to close and called the head office customer service to verify and they told me categorically there was no final sale on this item. I can 100% return it. So I'm guessing they didn't want to get stuck with a discontinuing model? Either way, my one and only experience with this store was deeply unpleasant.

My wife and I when to the north york location to pick up a car seat we wanted. We also decided to look at baby carriers since we were already there. For us being soon to be first time parents, we were looking for help putting them on and so on. We had other questions for different items like bottle cleaners, and more. Sheba was extremely helpful, patient and a great person to have as an employee. Thank you for the great experience.
