Very nice store with awesome items. Some things are a bit overpriced. I spent over $700 there and I felt as if the staff was doing me a favor. I had to literally chase a worker to help me and when I asked her to get an item for me, she vanished. 10 minutes later I saw her chatting with another worker as if nothing happened. So I had to look for another worker to help me. Overall I like the store but I think the staff needs to be retrain in customer service. At least to say Thank You for shopping here and be there to help customers.

I regret spending thousands of dollars in this store... I got an expensive stroller from them, with all the accessories that I registered on my baby shower registry. They lied to me about the distribution changes for the EGG Stroller UK, just so that I go through with my orders through them. One of our guests placed an order on Aug 5th for an item from a registry, the newborn insert, no news until Aug 28th when we finally find out from the store staff that we can get the item END OF OCTOBER. Spoke to the manager, who did nothing. The stroller was final sale. And we couldn't use it from day one without the newborn insert, mandatory to have in Canada. Horrible customer service. Cherry on the cake top was when we asked for the store credit (didn't want to wait another 2 months for the insert as our baby was due soon) and they returned the money back to the purchaser.

Absolutely love this Bb buggy location I have bought here almost all my baby stuff, great customer service very friendly people, always so helpful.

We’ve been to the Castlefield store multiple times for many purchases and have consistently found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They have a nice selection of items, and are generally a great store. They have occasionally forgotten to call us back, but overall we’ve been very happy.

Yesterday we bought a stroller and accessories in this store, we were very pleased with the purchase. Many thanks to the staff, the two ladies who helped us were very welcoming and also very knowledgeable about the inventory. After we loaded our purchases into the car, I noticed the time, it was 6:20, despite the fact that the store was supposed to close at 6, no one rushed us. Very good customer service! Thank you one more time!

Large, bright store. Well merchandised with a large selection of products. Wonderful displays for the products and the whole store has a modern, spacious feel. BUT, The reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I spent about 20 minutes in the store and not a single associate greeted me, let alone asked if I needed help. There were at least four people working. None of them had any interest in greeting me or acknowledging my presence in anyway. It was a Saturday...but only one couple was in the store. So the staff really had opportunity to at least say hi to me or ask if I needed help... In fact one worker was training an employee...made eye contact with me multiple times but I guess she thought it was more important to train her coworker than prioritize customer service and say a quick hello. The ironic part was; the information the trainer was sharing with her co-worker was wrong...but hey, who cares? I won’t be shopping here again. There are much more conveniently located baby stores with the same selection of products (if not better) and...every other retail store I go to; staff makes an effort to acknowledge customers and offer assistance.

Due to covid we haven't been out. I called to ask about doing an exchange for a few gifts we received and explained how we had to push back our event due to covid and the person I spoke to on the phone clearly didn't even care just said its past the 30 days sorry nothing we can do. I wasn't looking for a refund just wanted to exchange for items I had a gift receipt for. Horrible customer service especially knowing the situation. Recently purchased a few things from them online and will be returning everything to purchase elsewhere. In response to the owners response: As explained on the call we had to cancel the event due to covid restrictions within restaurants and push back our event to January. They did not care as you can clearly see from the reply with them trying to make it seem like my request was not reasonable by pointing out "nearly two months ago" Just an example of what good customer service is: Went to West Coast with a gift item which was also 2 months past they also have a 30 day exchange. No issues there at all. If you are looking to purchase baby items here are a few places to check out Buy Buy Baby: 90 days return policy. For gift items 365 days with gift receipt Babies R Us: 90 days West Coast: 30 days but amazing customer service and very understandable. Look at other reviews which point out their lack of customer service.
