★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marlene's is a fabulous one stop shop for all of your baby and toddler needs! I have been shopping there for over 5 years and we bought all of our strollers and baby accessories with Marlene. The staff is knowledgeable, extremely patient with all of my questions and I would highly recommend this store to any new moms, expecting moms or friends and family members who may want to purchase a gift for someone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced great customer service at this store. Looked hard for a certain stroller, and manager gave me details on why stroller was hard to find. However, said that they were getting it in stock in a weeks time and promised that if not received in that time, I would get 10% off the order. True to his word, the stroller arrived in time. Great to deal with, highly recommend shopping here.

They aren't pushy to make a sale - and even told me of DIY method of putting our infant into the stroller without buying the Baby Insert. We always check-in here and buy from Marlene's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I are expecting our first child so we visited a number of baby stores this past weekend, including Marlene's. We were amazed at the personal service we experienced. Marlene was very open and friendly and spent a great deal of time with us and several other expectant parents in the store explaining a wide variety of items from strollers (she did multiple demonstrations), car seats, cribs, etc. Even knowing we didn't intend to buy that very day she still went out of her way to help us and we felt very taken care of. We highly recommend Marlene and her store to others, and will definitely be returning when we are ready to make our final decisions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I visited Marlene's Just Babies to purchase a stroller and car seat. Although there were other customers present, we felt like we were given plenty of attention to answer our many questions as first time parents. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable on the variety of products they carry. We were also advised to return to the store closer to my due to date and have the car seat installed by Marlene. Special thanks to Emily for all of your help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marlene goes ABOVE and BEYOND for her customers. After we had many issues with other stores stock/delivery, etc., I reached out to Marlene who was so helpful, delivered us our stroller to our front door herself to make sure we received it, and then coordinated meeting up with us halfway between our house and her store when we later purchased a car seat and other hard to find items from her as well. She is so responsive and helpful and she went so far out of her way to help new parents like us! We purchased all of our UppaBaby products from her and I could not be more thankful and could not recommend Marlene more! We will be back for any other major purchases in the future, and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for baby items (especially during the pandemic right now when a lot of other stores are unresponsive about deliveries, etc.)!

Marlene was super knowledgeable, provided amazing customer service, and was able to get me the stroller I was seeking just over a week later. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marlene was incredibly helpful over the phone so that I could make a decision on an infant car seat and pick up via curbside. She was very informative, was able to give me explanations for all of my questions, and even went above and beyond to show me (curbside)how the various car seats I was considering clicked into the stroller frame I have. She made the decision easy and was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be back for future purchases and highly recommend this store.
