Awful service I needed an inhaler for emergency cuz I ran out and they took forever to help me out.

My prescription is never ready at this pharmacy when I go to pick it up no matter how long I give them. I once came back after 2.5 hours and it wasn’t ready. I thought if I gave them AN ENTIRE 24 HOURS that my prescription would be ready when I came to pick it up. Nope! I gave them an entire day and it still wasn’t ready. Today, they told me to come back after 20 minutes, so I came back after 27 minutes. It still wasn’t ready. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my prescription because the pharmacist was had to sign off on it, but she was busy talking to people. This is the only pharmacy I’ve ever had this problem at. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy from now on. It will be faster to get it from somewhere farther from my house.

Prescriptions are done incorrectly with very serious medical consequences, if you care about your health, please go to another pharmacy.

Poor service, long waiting time. Service at this pharmacy has worsened significantly over the past year. They are unable to refill a prescription while you shop, and ask you to return hours later. Line-ups for pick-up are unreasonably long (15+ minutes). When I picked-up, only one tech was attending the pick-ups while three others did other work. It would have been sensible for someone else to step in and help seeing the long lineup. Techs appear somewhat unfamiliar with the insurance payment system, and when I asked them to look in my refill history to see how it was handled in the past I was told that wasn't possible. Will definitely take my prescriptions elsewhere until customer service improves.

Terrible... Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Booked a Pfizer vaccine 1 week ahead of time and requested a day off from work. Came into the pharmacy for my appointment and they said that they were out of Pfizer vaccines. The lady was flipping through a PAPER notepad (hellooo its 2021!!) and found my name scribbled at the bottom corner of the page. She then told me to come again next time and gave me attitude.. DO NOT GO HERE.

I feel bad for these pharmacists. They are expected to fill prescriptions so quickly, and people are so rude to them. I wish management would hire more people to alleviate some of the stress.

I visited the pharmacy this afternoon (01/06/22) and was very rudely interrupted by the tall blonde pharmacist when inquiring about the lateral flow tests. Terrible customer service. Maybe the pharmacy should hang signs about the COVID testing, if they obviously don't want to politely deal with customers. This is a really worrying time for everybody and asking for simple things like this is not unreasonable.
