★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wantesto say how great The Home Depot was in helping me get some wood screws for my bracket I was told by one of the staff members that they would install my TV bracket and all for half the price. So he gave me his personal numberm.
How lucky was I ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed round halogen bulb for parents bathroom, the old one was doing a Twilight zone blinking on/off trip, so tried Canadian Tire at Marlee but was told not in stock but Home Depot had them. Long walk up to Billy Bishop road windblown day, walked in young woman asked what was I looking four, bulbs, aisle 4 nearing it fellow saw me with list, can I help he asked round bulb and in less than 5 minutes I had my bulb and all was well with the world. The place is humungous but I had what I needed. Very very great service and completely satisfied buyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience getting help from Sandro here at this Home Depot...he knew exactly what I needed and was happy to help with a tedious job. I had gone to other hardware stores but they wouldn't do the tedious job or wanted to charge me Way more than the cost of the materials. Thank you Sandro and Home Depot...the only place to go if you want to fix your home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. If you ordered an appliance through this store you can expect to never hear about it again.
My fridge was leaking Freon gas so we ordered a new one on a Tuesday night to be delivered the next day. Turns out the third party vendor had a system glitch and none of the orders went out. The soonest they could reschedule was the following Tuesday because of the long weekend. That day comes around, the order is supposedly complete but we haven’t received the fridge. I’ve spent two full days back and forth on the phone with customer service reps and there’s zero communication between Home Depot and the third party vendor and between reps. No one is telling me or each other anything, and they don’t call you back when they say they will. It’s like the reps hang up and instantly forgot the interaction happened, there’s no record on the calls so you start from zero each time you call to get info. You can’t contact the third party vendor either, I tried and failed on that end too. I’ve been exposed to Freon gas for a week and still no new fridge or even information on my delivery. Truly awful experience, avoid if you can.

She ended up assisting me by getting me a new Home Depot credit card & got $20 off from my purchase. Thank you so much, Kim. You are awesome; you make my day, which doesn't happen to me quite often. I hope you and your boss read this review. 2-22-2022 is an unique day.

However, I had a rep approach me immediately and ask if I needed any help. He was very helpful in helping me choose the right product for my home. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home depot is a store you find anything you need for home DIY or renovations. They have garden outdoor store also starting spring time. This is a huge store, tons of parking. Costco and others shops is within the vicinity. Service is ok though lesser worker I observed. Products are good. Price is ok.
