They give the time to ensure they're educating on what's needed, what the full ranges of options could be, and are quick to act when you've made a decision (in my case, the decision was to replace all the terrible brass with more durable XFR). Their follow through is excellent and enjoyable. Overall, great service. I will use Drain 1 Plumbers Inc. again and again.

I called Drain1 since they were nearby and the gentleman on the phone gave me some suggestions for finding the leak on my own even though I already investigated. He suggested that it was likely a faulty seal on an old ball float toilet, which after further investigation it indeed was. He advised it would be more cost effective to buy a new toilet than replace the mechanism. I really appreciate that he did not try to make a fast buck by insisting on sending a plumber, and instead offered advice over the phone. This is indeed an ethical business and I will use them for all future plumbing needs.
J	Jane Kristoffy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paul/Pavlo and his team responded quickly when I had a leak in summer 2021. They fixed the problem quickly and kept my house as clean as possible in the process. Later in Jan 2022, they came back to do extensive work to remove an old stack and install a back water valve. This was a huge and messy job, but the team did their best to keep the house clean and sane - all during a covid lockdown and frigid Canada winter conditions. I recommend Drain 1 for emergencies and larger planned jobs and will use these guys again for sure. THank you!

Paul was great to work with right from the start. He explained exactly needed to be done and answered all of our questions. He is very honest and transparent. His team was great to work with and they treated our home as if it was their own. All of the work was done well and was on time and on budget. I won’t hesitate to call Paul again as soon as I need one of his services.
