m	merle morrison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello .... Jermark recently spent about a month and a half replacing Kitec plumbing in our condo. The workers were efficient, careful of the property and polite. Chris came by at the end of each day to make sure the days work had been completed correctly. I want to thank Chris, Dennis, Moses, Bobby, Alex, Steve and Jason who did the work in my Unit for doing such a great job. It was total upheaval but they made it seem bearable. I actually think we kind of miss you guys. I would highly recommend Jermark to anyone who needed to have plumbing done. Regards, Merle The Hemingway

They did a Kitec pipe replacement in my condo a couple months back. Left paint drippings on the floor, sink, fridge, washing machine etc. Then took off nowhere to be found and leave you with the mess.

Cory was dispatched to our unit and was extremely professional and courteous. He ensured that the space he was working in was protected from damage and he wore all necessary PPE putting us at ease. The service call was completed quickly and the working area was cleaned and returned to it's previous state. I would be more than happy to call Jermark Plumbing again in the future!
Z	Zack Schwisberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management gave me 2 contractors to fix the Fan coil unit in my condo, this was the first that I used. Claimed the job was fixed, it was not. Unprofessional, late, bad customer service. Look at the other reviews here - there is a high likelihood that these guys will underperform and leave you feeling that you paid for nothing. do not use.
L	Lex Liao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give it 0. Plumber replaced water spout diverter with a broken one and left. Called company to ask the plumber to replaced with a new one and they told me if you want service you need to pay again. DO NOT call this company for any service.
V	Victor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely overpriced. Strongly discourage you from using them. The only reason you should use them is if you are forced to by your condo company because of the "deal" they have with one another. They charged me ~$330 dollars for a 10 minute job of identifying a leak and then shutting off the water valve to my condo unit. In the billing it says work of 3 hours, because it included travel time from North York to Toronto, in no traffic.

This was 2 weeks before the holidays and I thought the project would be a nightmare. I was wrong. I had a good experience with the team. They were organized, respectful, professional and on time. A first pass was done to make sure cabinets and walkways were cleared so nothing got damaged. The drywall was removed and new pipes were put in. Once work is complete, the dry wall was patched up, sanded and painted. They made sure to clean up after every job, that water was running before 5pm and that main appliances were operational. The process was like a well oiled machine and only took 4 days, ahead of the original estimate. Thanks again for the great work.
