★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a road saw a week in advance and was told there would be a blade with it. When we arrived, there was no blade. Instead of apologizing, the woman I spoke with was rude. She dug her heels in, kept repeating policy, and took no accountability. Will not be coming back.
