★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently bought an Art Deco dining room table and sideboard at Carrocel Furniture. I have been to the store over the years and know the high quality of their pieces. It was a challenge to decide since there were so many stunning sideboards. After making our choice, we then decided on a style of table and pedestal. I was assured that the custom made table would compliment the sideboard and it certainly does. The whole process was seamless and stressless. Joseph, the owner was very flexible and stored our pieces as our renovation was delayed due to the pandemic. When we were finally ready, Pedro and the team arrived and in a very short time, set up the sideboard and assembled the table. It was exactly as we had hoped. Everyone who sees the sideboard and table are awed by the craftsmanship and elegance. Our thanks to Joseph, Pedro and Aricelli who were always available to answer questions.
Ten out of ten for customer service and quality! Thank you so much.

I have never had a problem. I recently had my dining room restored. That was 6 chairs, Buffet & China Cabinet. They came back like Brand New.
Also at the same time I Bought Bedroom Set.
I also have always had perfect service with them
If you are reading this, ask for a coffee. You will find the people can answer most of the questions that you need to know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So me and my husband have been looking FOREVER for new living room/bedroom furniture. And when I say forever I mean like almost a year. We’re very particular and have a specific taste. We’ve been in and out of multiple furniture stores, sites and more sites. I’ve almost given up and left the rooms as they were. We ran into some old friends and they were telling us they’ve been redecorating as well and SWORE by this place called “Carrocel” I kind of brushed it off because I’ve just been SO let down. So my husband a few days later said “what’s the hurt in just looking once more”. I thought “ah, what the heck let’s check it out”. All I have to say is WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW, what an AMAZING furniture shop. Now my living room looks like its in an award winning catalogue (sorry for tooting my own horn) but I’m INSANELY happy that I cried!!!!! I cried!!!! Who the heck cries with new furniture?!? I do! That’s how beautiful it looks. Their customer service is impeccable and their eye for design beats anyone I’ve ever come across in my life. They should have their own show. It’s insane how STUNNING their quality is! If you’re looking for new furniture or redecorating GO TO CARROCEL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carrocel is the most unique furniture store I have even been in. Just walking through the front door you know you’re about to experience furniture shopping like never before. If you want it, they have it. If they don’t, they’ll find it. I have never seen such carefully crafted, unique furniture anywhere! The customer service is phenomenal. No awkward pressure while you’re shopping. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend Carrocel if you’re looking for items you won’t find just anywhere!

I purchased a vintage pair of French mid century modern accent chairs for my living room, and the purchase process from start to delivery was seamless. The staff at Carrocel are the most helpful and genuine, you can tell they really care. An overall great experience, I would highly recommend Carrocel to a true furniture connoisseur!

From entering Carrocel Interiors the first day, to the delivery of our furniture, we were greeted with smiles, kindness and the most unbelievable customer service.
Pedro was extremely knowledgeable and patient in helping us decide on our choice. From the choice of table and finish, to choice of chairs, to choice of fabric, never once were we made feel rushed or under pressure to make a decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an artist, craftsmanship, good design, and uniqueness are very important to me. I found all these features in the beautiful vintage and custom made pieces that we purchased from Carrocel. But more impressive than that is the outstanding level of customer service that I just experienced. I recently had a small issue with our dining room table. I hesitated calling the store as so much time had passed since we had purchased the table. To my surprise and delight, Carrocel stood behind their product and made immediate arrangements to deal with the issue!
There are many great furniture stores in our city, but for me, a store that stands behind their product and their name and offers this high level of customer service, sets them apart from the rest and makes Carrocel Interiors as unique and wonderful as the fine
furniture they sell.
