This place carries high quality brands and my chair was at least $100 less compared to a national distributor. Don't expect Amazon-level responsiveness from their ecomm platform. I was getting worried when my online order status didn't change after a day. But I did get the call and delivery in 1.5 days (I live in Don Mill + Lawrence). A local small business that provides great service.

I had to make a big cut. After they moved all my furniture they said they don't have enough cash on him. He said he will come back to pay, but of course he didn't. Beware!

I couldn't have chosen the right chair for me online, given my height and my ergonomic needs. Barry is super knowledgeable, he knows his chairs and all the functionality to perfection. He went above and beyond to provide me with an excellent service and I am super thankful for his help and service.

The choice of ergonomic chairs by Global in stock is probably the best. One can start by browsing their web site but if has time for a visit that's definitely the best way of choosing a chair and being awarded by a VIP level of service.

This is one of those businesses. I went in looking for a used Leap v2. Barry spoke to me about the trade-offs between buying a used high end chair vs a new, more moderately priced chair. I ended up trying out a few different chairs (including the Herman Miller Aeron, Leap v2, etc) but ultimately settled on the Alero chair from Global furniture that Barry had recommended. This was after he took the time to explain the differences with the chairs and guided me through the adjustable options they had as I tested the chairs there. Barry really knows his chairs.

Then, I found Barry’s Office Furniture, from much nearer North York. I ordered a chair on Barry’s website. But I made a mistake. I had to cancel that one, and order another. And then, I made another mistake. Another order. Another cancellation. I imagine that the fine folks at Barry’s were a bit miffed. But, Barry actually phoned me, to assist in straightening things out. Victor explained the options, and pointed me in the direction of the best value. Truly amazing personal service. Bottom line…I got the chair I always wanted, at a lower price than anywhere else. All within 48 hours, from time of order, to tweaking the chair’s adjustments in my home. Phenomenal service. When you consider how many years you own an ergonomic office chair, and how many hours a day you sit in it, isn’t it worthwhile to select from the best?
R	Richard Stamper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am happy with the desk I ordered. However, not very impressed with the service. I had to chase Barry about the delivery date. I called one day and he was not in the office and said to call him back later. He should have called me. The desk was delivered mostly assembled and didn't fit through a doorway. Delivery person said he didn't bring his tools and would come back next day to take it apart, get into the room and assemble the entire desk. Got a call from him after 5:00 the next day and was told it would be $100 for him to come back and finish the job. Absolutely ridiculous! Did not agree. Would never use this company again based on this type of service.
