I booked them for a free assessment as my shower handle broke off. The technician Samad came promptly the next day, took a look and was able to fix it on the spot.

Not only did they come out side of the service window they provided me but they provided a quote that in my opinion was astronomical. They quoted me over $600 for a faucet replacement in the bathroom. When I asked if they could send me the quote received nothing for 2 days and when I called to follow up their was no answer. 1/10 will not use or recommend again. Please do you due diligence.

The only reason that this is not a 5 star review is because I thought that the charge was really expensive for a 40 minute visit. The actual unclogging of the sink drain took 5 minutes. I was charged $345 after tax and after a senior’s discount. I know that helped me out and they came when they said they would be there, but that is a lot of money for my 90 year old Mom to shell out. Once again they were great to work with and a super nice technician, just expensive, that’s all.

Samad, the technician from Drain Kings came within an hour and a half of us placing the call and took care of everything professionally and quickly and the price was more than reasonable considering that it was an emergency on a Sunday morning. I would definitely use them again and I sincerely recommend using them for all your plumbing needs

John made every effort to keep the cost at a minimum, performing essential repairs only. The work was completed in a timely matter and I'm 100% satisfied with the end result. In the future I wouldn't use any other plumbing service. Thank you Drain King!

Figured out the problem quickly and gave me a quote on the spot. He came back 2 days later and I am very happy with his work. He explained exactly what was done and showed me the defective part. He was very friendly and professional. Drain Kings’ quoting and booking system and communication is great. Highly recommended.

Not only was he clean and efficient, he walked us through his estimate and let us know about the state of the supply line and valves as well and made recommendations for future maintenance without any pressure, documenting it all so we could review. We felt very comfortable and trusted him - not only that, but he was timely and professional, and the payment process after felt very safe all on a tablet! Having someone come in during a pandemic is a difficult choice and we didn't have any concerns while he was here. The office itself was great, getting back to my enquiry quick and was able to send someone out within the hour even though it was the day before NYE. We actually had another plumbing company no show the morning of and even though the office didn't know that, it was amazing to see how prompt and quick we got help compared to the other experience. Glad to know we can rely on Drain King for future issues :)
