A friend of mine referred me to this company to replace an outdoor faucet that was leaking. The plumber arrived the same day that I called and had the problem fixed in a jiffy. Overall great plumbing company to work with.

I’ve hired a few plumbers in the past but Reliable Drain and Plumbing is the best local plumbing company that I have dealt with so far. They came on time and replaced my shower faucet and did an amazing job.

I had an issue with my toilet not filling up properly and gave Reliable Drain and Plumbing a call. Ozan came out within an hour and replaced the toilet fill valve and supply line for a very reasonable price compared to other companies. He was very professional in his work and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Ozan and will use Reliable Drain and Plumbing again for any future plumbing issues.

This is the best plumbing company ever and their services fit their company name! They literally saved me from going insane when a pipe started leaking in my basement ceiling. With a small infant and a leaky pipe in the basement, I just wanted to curl up and disappear. Reliable Drain and Plumbing was very accommodating in scheduling an appointment with me for the same evening and the friendly plumber arrived wearing a face mask and gloves for Covid-19 safety measures which I appreciated so much. When the plumber finished repairing the section of burst pipe, he stepped aside and patiently gave me time to look over his work and to ask any questions that I had. He did a great job and I would give this company 100 stars if there was an option to.

I had Reliable Drain & Plumbing install a backwater valve at my house. From the moment I signed the contract, I did not have to lift a finger to do anything else. They took care of everything from getting the city permit, booking the inspection to cleaning up and helping me to complete the rebate forms and mailing it for me. They are my go-to plumbers from now on.

The guys at Reliable Drain And Plumbing just completed an impeccable job replacing 20 feet of drain inside of my house and doing a rough-in and finishing for my bathroom. They worked tirelessly and even threw in some minor plumbing fixes at no extra charge. I already hired them again for my rental property and I am confident that they will maintain the same standards for our next plumbing project in the Fall.

Our old dishwasher broke and needed someone reliable / knowledgable to install our newly purchased dishwasher. I was happy to know Reliable Drain & Plumbing provide this service as I am always skeptical of installation services by random technicians. As always Ozan & team for the rescue! Ozan & his team took care of installing our dishwasher right from unpacking it from the box to having it placed & running under our cabinet. Ozan is meticulous, extremely accomodating, respectful of your time and above all courteous gentleman. He was efficient with his task, had all the required tools alongwith him and above all never was in any sort of rush to quickly finish the task and move on. Confidently he took he took all the required time to ensure safety of our appliance and property to make sure the dishwasher is installed correctly. With Reliable Drain & Plumbing, I am not worried of any hidden fees or cost, they will charge you whatever they quote to get the job done successfully. I am availing Reliable Drain & Plumbing's service second time now, similar to the last time & my last review - I continue to be a happy customer knowing these guys would be working on the task at hand. I have referred Ozan multiple times to friends & family, without any hesitation (and will continue to do so). I have always had great reviews of him & his team to whoever I have recommended them to. Talked to Ozan briefly over the phone and he was the first plumber to not make me feel stupid for asking questions. Professional, friendly courteous (which was refreshing after talking to a few other plumbers that got annoyed I asked them questions or insurance details) and gave me a fair price - have yet to do work and but seems like a good start. Will follow up review after with work service provided!
