The fast answer and responsiveness left me more than satisfied- I call them in the morning and they schedule with us for the same afternoon, which was fantastic. Max arrived at the exact time and did a wonderful job. He explained everything he's doing (why and how), which I greatly appreciate. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Plus, with everything going on in the world right now, he kept a respectful distance, which made the experience of having someone else in your !home very comfortable. I highly recommend this company

His team worked very hard to improve the plumbing in our basement, install a backwater valve, and back-up generator for our sump pump. They also cleaned up as best they could once projects were complete. Max was very knowledgeable and patiently explained issues and what solutions would be implemented. He was easy to communicate with and was always responsive. His admin staff was very kind and always kept us posted too. I would definitely recommend Max and his team, and would not hesitate to turn to them again in the future!

After they fixed kitchen P trap for us,we were ready to change toilet. they checked everything free of charge and tell us it’s not necessary. I’ll definitely recommend them to my friends.

So just get ready to pay double of what you are told over the phone. The quality of work was also terrible. The technician could not fix the issue the 1st visit and had to come back twice to fix this.
