★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smelly dirty. Windows don't open and in the summer you broil unless you have money for a/c and an enginer to install it. Fire alarm goes off every week for no apparent reason.
Too expensive for what it offers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property looks fine however a lady in the management office is so so rude I ever have seen. She even doesn’t listen to others and becomes less informative and rude . I got this experience this afternoon.
However , the lady name Maria is very good and polite . So if possible, I would suggest to contact and talk to Maria .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a joke, this building might collapse very soon. The owners try to spend as little as possible on this building because they know this. On a rainy day go to the parking and take a look at how much water is leaking from the ceiling. They are pretending that they are fixing this but they are not doing anything. The owners of this building don't care about anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is it worse to live in a building full of roaches, bed bugs and other arachnid neighbours or to live in a building with management that is extremely rude, takes 2 weeks to clean up feces on the staircases and lies about us not being ready for exterminator visit just to save money? I'd choose the arachnid neighbours and kick the management out. I am a resident of 5 Fisherville rd., thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is in a horrible condition. A lot of cockroaches in this building. Parking is always flooded after any rainy day. Elevators break down every other day. If they do not break down then they take forever to come and the "moving.elevator" keeps on beeping with error sounds. Moving elevator is taking forever to close the door. This building needs ASAP attention!!!!! Management just pretends to invest money and "renovate" but whatever is renovated its either half way done or not completed properly. Lack of quality in everything they use !
Also, I used to live in this building couple of years ago and I do not know the person who commented previously but he/she seems to describe the 6040 scenerio very correctly. I do visit some people at this location to this day and I do not see any improvements in buildings maintenance.
