Ivory Tower

I am resident of the Ivory Tower for over 2 years so far and gladly proving the feedback for the building in order to be useful for other new residents moreover with DMS Management Property in general no matter what building they maintain you can chose. Ivory is not a regular building because it`s comparably cozy with common acceptance for residential building and it makes this building unique! Building looks much newer than it is indeed because of the good maintenance for the building structure in general and internally with details for comfortable living. All apartments have everything essential for living and possibilities for additional installed equipment as AC etc.; they are well equipped with kitchen facilities and what I personally like the most is the sq feet dwelling area larger than average area for apartments I observed when was searching for my new living place. There are outdoor facilities such as dog leash area for residents with pets so you can quickly walk your pets before work in the morning and there is no need to walk far in the near park, wonderful backyard for leisure time on a weekend to make a barbeque because there is BBQ stove provided with resting area, tables& chairs covered by treas and surrounded by flowers, take sunbathes on a lounge cautions places on a backyard as well, or play with kids any games, even though you are living in apartment there is a strong feeling that you are living in a house with own great backyard and it is hospitable, moreover it`s great to attend holiday events organized for residents by our precise and responsible superintendent to hanging out socially. All mentioned facilities and areas are well maintained regularly so you do not have to ask for any additional comfort. Both indoor and outdoor parking is very comfortable in terms of reaching it and leaving for those who care much for cars, there is storage though for additional fee. There are some disadvantages (somewhat negligence with responsiveness for residents` requests, the reason why I am saying that I do not feel DMS stands for my interests much: I should follow my responsibilities which I am doing and they prefer to obligate more than share their own responsibilities from their part, I would like to feel more value of myself as a resident but not as a "guest", and some others which I am listing because they can seem to be more from my personal perception and may not reflect yours) I would not hide that and due to that I rated 4* because 5* should mean perfect and I want to leave space for this residence development considered by management however there are minor and I did not face the situation when it could have been solved really, thus it`d be fare to complain. I truly Hope my Feedback will be informative enough and helpful at least for one perspective resident which will serve as a greatest job it serves. Thank you for your attention and time,

I was a resident for over a year and a half. I was an excellent tenant. When i transferred from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom (literally across the hall) my eyes were opened. Only upsides are onsite dog park and easy access to highways. Onsite staff is friendly, but if you have to deal with upper management it will be a literal nightmare. Totally unprofessional and unsympathetic when I was forced to move due to COVID and job loss and during the assignment of my lease. Trying to scam me out of more money and they can't even maintain clear and correct tenant legers. To top it all off, my unit sat empty for 2 months overlapping the assignment and someone (I'm assuming maintenance) left a mess for the new tenant. Disgusting. Literally made 2020 more of a hell than it already was.
