R	Rachel Walch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent at this building! DMS does not care about their tenants and the building has deteriorated significantly since taking ownership. There are roaches in every unit, and repairs are shotty and completed without care or any sort of professionalism. The contractors hired are clearly brought in based on their ability to give dirt cheap repairs. There has been a water outage in the building for the past two days without notifying tenants of the status of repairs. Water is routinely shut down without notice and the building is deteriorating- Leaking pipes in underground parking that leak on cars and overhead as you pass, the garage door has been broken for the past several weeks and the garage (and building) is accessible to the public. Management recently raised rental prices above beyond the legal limit. Stay away and rent with a company that cares about its tenants.

F	Franceen Kates on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have lived at 765 Steeles Ave.W for over 3 years.It was initially investigated for its proximity to grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and public transit -TTC and York Region. We chose this building as all the units available had been upgraded - flooring, paint and appliances. It is kept very clean and there is a fulltime on site manager who is very pleasant.Any unit issues are resolved in a timely manner.The building itself is well maintained. Being an older building the rooms are larger than newer buildings and is more soundproof than newer ones. Nothing in life is perfect but we have no major issues here.

The management team seems nice at first and they will give you a smiling face. But they do not care . All summer we had no water. There was water issue. They blame it on some logistics of delivery. Truth is every year they have this issue. At this time we have no heat and its almost winter. The rooms are cold. Every weekend we lose hot water. For 3 months the under ground parking lot was flooded with water because boilers are leaking. The two bathroom had no socket so that you can shave or plug any devices in. Called management. After a month they finally had someone come and put a switch in one bathroom. They said its too expensive to put it in both. In the summer many of the tenants had to go to the basement with buckets to collect water just so they can shower. If you have kids this is not the place. Its disgusting. Excuses after Excuses and guess what they are increasing rent.
S	Sara Ghaemi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been living in this building for a year now. I live in a one bedroom unit. The bedroom and the living room are very spacious compared to most of the condos/apartments that I have seen in Toronto. The staff are very friendly and they respond quickly.
