It was so sweet of you to throw in a little birthday surprise which I noticed only once I got home - she does love wine. You really made my day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to Petra, who was kind and knew what would suit me. As a larger, well proportioned, woman, I needed some assistance finding the right sized item that would fit me well. This was my first time ever in the store. Petra came over to assist after I had looked around a bit. She was kind, but not overly in my face like at other shops.
Petra was helping other customers and allowing me to browse and when I found a necklace I liked too, she complimented my choice saying it was a very versatile piece. Funnily, I found the necklace before finding the top I had come in for and totally changed my mind on the top 3-4 times, before finally landing on the right one. Each time, Petra made suggestions on better ones and where to find them.
After asking if she owned the shop, and Petra demurely answered 'no', another customer said - 'but she sure knows everything about everything in here'!
I agree - Petra is super! Her knowledge of how to fit people and give ladies the Royal Treatment is top notch! Going to Tsatz just to meet her is worth it! I'll be back for more.
