★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend was planning to go back home in a while. Called more than 20 times but nobody answered, emailed them no answered. So missed flight and had to change the date even that wouldne be guaranteed lost money a lot.
Came back to the clinic and complained the lady, guess what she said! No apologies, even blamed him that he might've chosen wrong option althought he doubled checked with doc. She never listened even tried to charge him again which is not make any sense! We were told that why he didnt call them earlier on the day he tested. They would never pick up the phone! How could we reach them to correct it?!
The result came really fast but there's no guarantee that they are doing their job. So if you want to take a risk to delay your trip, please go this non sense clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was friendly and helpful when I was there. The only reason I am providing a 1 star is because their phone never works. I got my pcr results faster then expected. When I couldn't open it by email due to some glitch, they emailed it to me within 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were helpful, professional, cheapest option, and I got my result in like... 5 hours even though I paid for a result within 12 hours. I recommend this place if you are looking for a PCR test to travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff! The nurse informed me of an extra form I didn't know I needed for my trip to Japan. They had one on hand for me to fill out and were very well organized. Highly recommend for anyone travelling!
