★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty convenient location at Yonge and Eglinton Shopping Center. They have a good selection of chocolates and ice creams are very good as well. Customer service is good. I went with a coupon I got from a promotion at a friend's daughter school and they honored it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS customer service experience! Visited Monday 16 December 2019 just after 8pm to pick up some maple flavoured gifts for friends back in England. The two young female shop assistants were completely disinterested and had extremely limited knowledge of the products they were supposed to be selling - "I've never tried it so I don't know" was clearly the official response of the night and More pointing and staring than actually being helpful to a customer who was evidently interested in buying in bulk for a Christmas trip overseas. With that said, the chocolates were not unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $5 Tuesday for a pint, you can mix two. Both the flavours (chocolate chip cookie dough and pistachio almond) I wanted to get were sold out. Was sharing with a friend and she refused to give us another cup.
Ice cream was okay, a little sweet but fairly tasty. Did not taste that gourmet, kind of like grocery store stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, though a bit understaffed. I got a single scoop of Laura's chocolate ice cream with chocolate coated sugar cone and it came with a nice piece of chocolate on top. The combination was perfect and the taste really good! High quality ice cream and cone coated inside with chocolote from top to bottom.
