β β β β β Lived here for two years now and it just felt like home since day 1. It's stress free and the team here does their utmost best to make sure everyone's concerns are taken care of. My recent conversation with the Property Manager Yohan felt like I could come to him anytime with my concerns and he actually gave a dam to take care of it. Looking forward to being a part of this Montgomery family for years to come. Thank you for taking care of my family and making this a place we are happy to call home everyday :)

β β β β β Excellent, dog friendly building in an excellent area of the city.
My wife, dog and I relocated from the U.K. and the staff at the Montgomery could not have been more helpful with the transition.
To know that we had a lovely apartment waiting for us on our arrival to Canada took a lot of stress out of the move.
The facilities are top notch, especially the gym and amenity areas, the staff are great, and we couldnβt be happier.
A special mention must go to Manny, one of the property managers at the Montgomery, who gave us a remote video tour of all of the apartments in which we were interested, dealt with all our questions and paperwork, and never fails to have a welcoming smile when you enter and exit the building. A true professional and a real asset to Rhapsody Property Management.
I would heartily recommend renting in this building to anyone.

β β β β β The team at the Montgomery are absolutely amazing! Everyone at the Montgomery have been so incredibly friendly since the day I moved in. Julianne and Venolia greet me with a smile no matter what time of the day it is. I love how I can easily message the team if I have any questions or make a maintenance request on the App. The team at Montgomery have truly thought about everything they can do to make the residentsβ experience the best it can be.

β β β β β We have lived at the Montgomery for the past 8 months and have loved every minute. The staff and friendly and responsive, Jermaine and Juliane always say hi when we enter the building. The amenities are wonderful and well looked after. We hope to live here for many months to come!

β β β β β There are many things that can be said, but the few that stood out to me the most are the excellent staff, amenities and aesthetics that the building has. Everything you may need, and more, is available for you at The Montgomery. Julianne has been a never ending joy and help throughout our time in the building. Jermaine has been an instant positive light as well, and the maintenance crew never ceases to put a smile on our faces. All of the staff goes out of their way to make sure that you are always secure, happy and comfortable.
The aesthetics of the building is a personal favorite of mine, and it makes me proud to walk in and out of the building everyday. Along with the staff, The Montgomery could not be a better home!

β β β β β I moved into The Montgomery last year, and itβs been an absolutely incredible place to live! The entire team is fantastic and they genuinely make their residents a priority. Jermaine at the front desk is super informative, and fun to talk to! And I need to mention Carlos, who is head of the Maintenance team, as he goes above and beyond to help with any requests you might have. There are several new team members as of late, and they are excellent as well. Beyond the team, the building amenities are wonderful, and maintained beautifully. Iβve loved the experience of living here, and cannot recommend it enough.

β β β β β Living at the Montgomery has been the best experience ever! The building, amenities and suites are absolutely stunning and include the best appliances in the entire city! We fell in love with the modern decor and their innovative use of technology to keep residents safe and in the loop. We always know we can utilize their state of the art features and app to make our day to day life a breeze! Our favourite part of the day is coming home and being greeted by Julianne and the team, she is always smiling, friendly and never ceases to make you feel special and welcome you back home. Sheβs also extremely knowledgeable and can assist with any and all inquiries and is a leasing pro! Weβre so happy to call Montgomery our home!
Anna is another favourite of ours, she is extremely helpful and kind and we know we our questions will be answered promptly and with care. Thank you for everything!
Everyday at the Montgomery feels very luxurious living here and we wouldnβt want to live anywhere else! The building is not only pet friendly but they host a plethora of great events and have staff available at the drop of a hat to help with any suite inquires or just to answer your questions! Stock TC being steps away has always been a blessing and makes the entire experience that much more luxurious! Thank you Anna, Julianne, Manny & the entire Montgomery team!

β β β β β Good quality and great customer service are not words I would use to describe The Montgomery.
While we had many issues with our unit, the greatest surprise was the oil leak above our bike storage that damaged my bicycle.
Despite contacting multiple people at Rhapsody they have yet to take responsibility for the damage.
