S	Stephanie Ta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap construction, poor management, and shady practices throughout. Renters and buyers beware. I'd strongly advice others to look somewhere else. Be mindful that there are 52 floors and not enough snail mail lockers. Your packages will be left unattended often. Valet has been known to damage cars.
S	Saina Asani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, the maintenances takes so long. For me it’s 2 MONTHS and counting still no one pays any attention. Followed up couple times and still nothing. Berkley property management is a NIGHTMARE. I’ll update this comment with a more accurate timing if the maintenance “ever” happened!! Keep in mind that the amenities are not open yet and there isn’t even an estimate available so it won’t be anytime soon! Also, lots of people delivery packages end up in the floor and probably not safe which is sad ? While the staff and location are nice, I wouldn’t recommend this building to anyone.
P	Purun Kang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condo management is atrocious. Every day, I pick up garbage that someone has been thrown on my balcony, and packages are stolen daily. While you are living here, you will be anxious about the item being delivered safely. Nothing is under control, let alone ongoing unfinished amenities projects which has been pushed so many times. Even though I live in a high-rise, there is a lot of construction noise going on, including the Eglinton one.
S	Snehashish Chowdhary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all DO NOT be fooled by the positive reviews. Look closely and you will realize that they’re fake. I have lived here facing the North side for 15 months now and till date there are no amenities that work (gym etc.). The building controls when your heating and cooling is turned on (fixed dates) which doesn’t always correspond to the weather. The LOCATION IS AMAZING, right in front of the subway and close to pretty much everything. The building construction material is of very poor quality and stuff begins to break, unhinge in about 9-10 months. Garbage chutes seemed to be out of order all the time but this has improved. Packages get stolen quite frequently but that’s not an issue with the building. Due to the location there a lot of traffic noise that you need to get past. Would not recommend.

I received a notice of rental increase when I asked for my landlords contact information to possibly negotiate (since all my landlords communication is through property management) I received no response, and after 2 weeks I sent a follow up email, I was told that I received an email (which I didn’t) explaining my landlord declined to negotiate and I asked for proof of this email they supposedly sent me and was never sent it! Secondly, the amenities are still not open after living here for a year with no communication as to an opening date. The garbage chute is constantly broken - with residents throwing large items including an entire Christmas tree, clearly there’s no respect among residents. From Packages being stolen from lobby, homeless sleeping through stairways and front entrance. Yes the location is great but there’s PLENTY of buildings that have amazing locations with less issues!

Like all other comments - awful and shady management, always lie about amenities which still hasn’t been finished over a year after promised, no concerns or emails are responded to, security let anyone in and don’t take responsibility for anything, and also just really poor quality construction and it will take months of pestering to get anything fixed if you’re lucky. If others haven’t noticed the only 5 star reviews are from people working for the management company and only comment on properties they’re affiliated with or just bot accounts they’ve created. Just ridiculous. Strongly warn any potential renter or buyer to stay away.
S	Steve Deery on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in this building for 13 months, and I'm very happy to be out. I know many other tenants have left after only a year here too. Management has completely lost the faith of the residents. Months after amenities were scheduled to open, no progress is being made and management refuses to provide even the most broad timeline for their completion- despite promises to give us an update. Suites are small and poorly built, with walls cracking, paint chipping and windows leaking a stream of condensation during winter. The finishes look nice, but corners were obviously cut during construction. The location is handy, as the subway and grocery stores are a very short walk away. But living above Yonge St. is noisy, and there's almost always construction noise happening during the day. If you're a renter looking for a convenient location and don't mind a small space with no amenities (even though you're paying for them), then this building might suit you. If you're looking to buy, look elsewhere. Building management will not respect your investment in this property.
J	Jazmin Clarke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Firstly, the security guards they have are racist. They do not assist with anything, except for complaining. As a tenant, who lived here for an unfortunate year, i can say i have never felt an ounce of safety living in this building, and i thank the heavens i lived here with my boyfriend and not alone. There have been multiple incidents with homeless people wondering the building and security scrambling to find what floor they are on. Packages go missing daily and security claims its not their responsibility. They also pick and choose what justifies a valid noise complaint. Valet has damaged 75% of the cars down there. Amenities are still not open yet rent has still increased? The building smells like garbage 24/7 including the elevators. You can hear surrounding construction continuously from 6AM onwards. Multiple women from the building have been approached or harassed due to security not being diligent or by security themselves. Whenever a question is asked about the progression of the building, no one has answer, ever!!!! Renting was horrible enough, so for anyone thinking about purchasing a unit in this horrific building, please think twice. You will thank me later
