A	Ally R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building looks nice and location is great but that’s the extent of it. Everything is so cheaply made, our door came off its hinges because a bag got caught on the handle when walking by. The elevators are constantly out of service, and there is no back up in a power outage. For a 58 floor building this is a huge concern, and have had to walk up 40 floors twice in only a few months. Have had bike stolen from locker (there is no camera or patrol and door is often propped open). Today again a month later the door was open and it looks like lockers had been ransacked with boxed opened and people’s personal belongings on the floor (see pics). Update: again in Feb the lockers were broken into for a THIRD time (at least). Packages are lost frequently, management has no resolution. Corners cut everywhere, units have no sound proofing to the hall at all, you can hear a toilet flush. Parking and loading area is absolutely ridiculous. Have waited 15 mins to get out of garage to street when it gets backed up with two moves at the same time and way too many cars for the space. (And for the review above, it has nothing to do with knowing how to use the parking, the driveway is completely blocked at times because it is not monitored). Edited to add as well, my last building was managed by the same service and it was far superior to this building. I don’t know if it’s a building problem, or a management problem, but there are a lot of issues here that are not being dealt with.

The amenities are absolutely amazing (gym/pool) and the soundproofing is good from the 10th floor. I don’t get woken up by construction or neighbours. Received all my amazon packages. Great location!

After purchased a condo unit in E Condo, I had the challenges to fix the locker room's lock, the dishwasher, the thomasta, the dryer and washer, as well as the circuit breaker, with Johnny's quick help and all the issue were resolved. I really appreciate Johnny's quick response, attention to details, great patience and always being positive in resolving issues. Thank you so much!

Attar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not a picky person I just expect to be safe in my place/building I will not give comments on anything (though I have many) But what happened today was too much to tolerate: I enter the parking at 7:10 pm , park my car in my spot in level 3 I come up to buzz my own phone and enter the elevator then I remember that this service is not activated in parking area I take stairs to street level level following the green walking exit sign Well the door is closed I mean locked The reception lady whom I called was kind enough to help me but it was not easy for her to know which exit is this , I tried to call the service number stuck on the paper, the customer service lady was not getting the the claustrophobia crisis I was having and started to yell at me After all that the reception lady was able to rescue me at 8:00 pm I’m writing this to draw the attention of ppl in charge That locking all parking doors in this way and not allowing the buzz system in elevators is totally unsafe and can be deadly. I guess I’m not supposed to call 911 coz I’m stuck in the parking
T	Tip 2020 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are some recent reviews with last name Li specifically saying elevators ok. Anyone living in this building will not say the elevators are ok. I am living here for 2.5 years as the location is very convenient and just in the last 2 months there have been elevator issues Including yesterday. They are either fake reviews or those people never get out of their condo. Elevator issues are a constant. Rest of the issues come and go..
