The vegan burger was very tasty.
The chicken bacon ranch burger was nice but the bacon was burnt.
The chicken strips were not crispy.
G14 dip was great.
Might try again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I moved into the area approximately 8 months ago, I tried this locations food with the same expectations as in the past, high quality juicy beef, fresh soft buns, fresh ripe veggies and fresh cut fries made in duck fat using special thick cut crunchy potatoes on the outside, soft on the inside.
I have no idea what is going on internally with this franchise, but a lot of things have changed. This review is solely based on the quality as it has decreased by quite a bit over the past year or so based on the 3 experiences I’ve had.
The burgers are dry and tasteless now. The fries are just terrible. All the fresh ingredients that set this place a part have changed for the worse. Portions as well it seems.
I’m not sure if this is pandemic related, temporary or not, but I’ve experienced this at two locations now and so I know something has changed in the quality.
Hopefully things take a turn back to the traditional sooner rather than later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually like the burgers from here but today was a horrible experience. this is what I got today in the name of bacon cheeseburger - liquified tomato, 1 sad strip of bacon, 2 pieces of pickles stuffed in the middle, and literally one wilted leaf of lettuce. And a horrible, dry patty to finish that off. And the second burger - fried chicken with mushroom and grilled onion had exactly half the size of a chicken there should be, ONE mushroom and 2 slices of onion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: I had a bad experience ordering from here the first time. The management replied to my review and made it right. The second time I ate from this place, I had the bacon ranch burger(no bacon only chicken ) and honey hot chicken burger. Was delicious. Special thanks to Liam, extremely kind and hospitable.
