I've been visiting and since the beginning of the pandemic ordering food from this tiny fast food restauran located at the corner of Yonge and Eglinton for many years now. I can honestly say that aside for a couple of substandard experiences I have always been served with a smile by friendly staff, and my orders have always been expedited fast, fresh, hot and accurately. I have also noticed that during these pandemic times the quality and freshness have been maintained and in most cases surpassed compared to years back. If you haven't ordered or visited this restaurant I'd urge to give it a shot as I'm certain you will not be disappointed. 2 big thumbs up ??
P	Piines Band on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down, the worst McDonald’s ever!!! After ordering twice from here (because the first order never materialized, and we were then credited for it) we waited over 2 hours to get our order delivered. My expectations of McDonalds are very low, but we were busy working away and wanted something fast and cheap. Turns out we could have walked to the place 2 or 3 times and ate multiple meals in the time it took to get our delivery. I don’t know what it is about the lack of competence and complacency that people just find acceptable but it’s truly disgusting. Wake up people! This isn’t ok!
I	Inayat Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over busy and overworked staff because of which quality is low. Hit or miss! Sometimes order is perfect and sometimes not. Also, very less seating space. At the same time, what else can you expect from a small 24*7 McDonalds.

They are always out of something, not even for a day but for weeks on end. And they lie to you about it. For example, this time, they have not had ice cream for the past 10 days. Mgr must've told staff to say that the "machine is being cleaned". Ya right, for the past 10 days, at all times of the day? Other locations have figured out their supply chain prob, so this is on you. So be honest about it and write that you are out of something like other businesses. It's also ridiculously small and unable to serve the highly dense area. I don't know what HQ is thinking. Oh right, maximum profit over minimum customer service. Honestly, go across the street to A&W, actually has proper seating area and clean washrooms and you won't be waiting all day.

I'm all for having fun at the workplace but maybe go do it at the back? Saw some bums coming in and asking people for money. Dont know if the staff can do anything about it but did make it difficult to eat in peace.

The wait time lasts an average of ten to fifteen minutes and the staff never gets your order right. Unfortunately many of them can’t seem to understand simple instructions. I am surprised that this location is still operating given the lack of organization and poor management that I’ve witnessed. I’ve seen staff at the cashier getting other customers’ orders wrong as well, which add to unnecessary frustration and poor customer service. Many of them are not very friendly either. Perhaps a change in staff might help.
R	Random name on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was probably one of the smallest McDonald's I've ever been to. Vaccinated or not there is no seating because they just are not allowing it. It's a little difficult to be socially distance when the place is this small. I basically sat outside to eat. Having said that McDonald's tastes exactly like it should which is what I expect and nothing less.
