★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went looking for a specific product that they didn’t sell; however, the sales guy was so kind and helpful I ended up purchasing other items there. He was not being pushy or ‘salesy’. He even directed me to look for the product at a nearby Trade Secrets.
I went to the other shop and had a horrible experience with a rude sales person trying to push the wrong product on me. It was the exact opposite of my Beauty Supply Outlet experience. Regretfully I needed to purchase the item. However, I will go back to Beauty Supply Outlet in the future, but I will not return to the other shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A person at the cashier was very kind and helpful. I wasn’t sure which shampoo is good for my hair so I asked his opinion. He was so knowledgeable about the products and took his time to explain that. I just tried the shampoo he recommended and this is great ☺️ Thank you!

It honestly says a LOT about the worker when so many others are leaving positive reviews because of the experience he has given them - which prompted me to do the same. That's how much of an impact great customer service has when it's done right.

I have never written a review for a store before, but they are truly deserving of five stars, because of their exceptional customer service. They go above and beyond to help me figure out which products would best meet my needs. Their selection is amazing and their prices are always better than their competitors. Nathan and his colleagues are first rate!
