This rating is mainly for the pharmacy, the store itself is a great location. Every time I’ve gone to this location I’ve been completely ignored by the staff in the pharmacy, having the wait sometimes 30mins to be served and have had to ask for them to serve me almost every single time. When they do finally serve me I’m greeted with very negative staff, making my experience at this store mostly negative. I love the convenience of the location and 24/7 service but the pharmacy makes me dread having to pickup or drop off prescription or make appointment for covid testing because I know to expect a negative experience almost every time. The staff throughout the rest of the store at the front checkout, beauty counter and post office are very pleasant and have never had a bad experience anywhere else but the pharmacy. Either provide service training for the pharmacy or institute a ticket system like another review I saw has mentioned.

This is about the inefficient, burn-out ridden, covid vaccination process. When I called the store last weekend, I was told to arrive at noon to receive the vaccine on a walk-in basis. I arrived at 11:45, there were no signs. There was a line of customers at the counter. I waited my turn and then told a male pharmacy assistant that I wanted to know how to get the vaccine without an appointment. The male said he would speak with me shortly. Twenty minutes later, he finally told me I needed to wait for the vaccine in aisle 13. However now the end of the line was outside. This was thirty minutes after I had arrived at the pharmacy. I ended up waiting with seniors in the cold fir an hour. Social distancing was minimal. Staffing levels were grossly inadequate. Different customers were given different instructions and confusion grew. When my intake form was taken, I returned in 2 hours as instructed. I was given the wrong number aisle to wait in. A senior who was turned away while attempting to hand in her form said it had been her fourth day visiting this pharmacy without receiving the booster. I waited in the line of the cramped pharmacy for another two and a half hours. The customer service by the male pharmacy assistant was inappropriate and drew shocked looks among customers. The tone used was dreadful. The treatment of customers was insensitive and I would urge this pharmacy assistant to avail himself of any available EAP programs that Shoppers provides. Compassion fatigue can occur in an overworked health care system but it’s not inexcusable. And I would encourage anyone who goes from a somewhat menial, routine job to one in which customers are pleading for help to protect themselves and others they love, that you speak with kindness, summon patience and act with compassion.

horrible customer service. do not use this pharmacy. they do not answer phones and when you go in to do it in person you watch them purposely not answer phones. THEY NEVER ANSWER PHONES. if you need medication in a timely manner, do not use them. This is medication and so important for people to have easy access to communication. I've complained multiple times only to be told "we are busy". Never experienced anything like this at other Shoppers pharmacies. Absolutely terrible.

Don't bother wasting your time trying to contact this pharmacy. You will be waiting hours and their automated system will kick you out automatically every 10 minutes or so and force you to go back through all the options only to be put back on hold again and begin the mindnumbing cycle all over again. IF you finally do get through to someone they offer ZERO understanding and empathy. Horrible service and judging by the sea of reviews that have had no effect on anything to do with this location going back to before the pandemic, Shoppers as an organization should be ashamed at how little they value the customers that give them astronomical amounts of money every year.

The pharmacy is terrible. There is a line of more than 10 people waiting for picking up drugs while nobody is at the counter. We just waited there for 15 mins until someone finally come to serve the customer…

The worst experience I ever had! Came pick up my prescription medicine, stayed in the line for 40min just to hear that my prescription is not ready yet. Was advised to come back in one hour. Came back after 2 hours, stayed in the line~25min. When reached cashier prescription was not ready, they started to count and prepare for another 20~25 minutes while the line behind was waiting when my drugs will be ready. It’s just unacceptable at all. The purest customer service! Don’t waste your time! Try to avoid this location!

I want to like this pharmacy because it's the only one conveniently located for me with long opening hours but the hassle is just not worth it anymore. The last few times I've gone in, I've waited for over 10 minutes (being the first in line at the counter I was waiting at) only to be ignored while the pharmacists continue to help other counters. All the people who had arrived after me were starting to be served until I finally had to say something so I would not continue to be ignored. I understand pharmacies are busy, and I have no problem waiting in line, but not when I am completely ignored and have to wait long after many others who got there long after I did. Perhaps if you can't serve people in the order they arrived you need to start a number / ticket system.

Huge store with all convenience and pharmacy. There is lil waiting time during the evening time but after 8 pm store is relatively free. Best part is it is open for 24Γ—7.
