The pharmacists are very knowledgeable, helpful and provide excellent customer service. I really like the ease of being able to refill scripts via email, where possible and the emails are replied to in a very timely manor. I have to say that all of the staff make my life a lot easier. The pharmacist, Ara, was very knowledgeable and patiently addressed my concerns. Appreciate his follow-up call. If they don't have something in stock they can get it in by 12 noon the next day. They seem to have a diverse clientele. Seniors, young professional and families who live in the neighbourhood. In a big city they exemplify small town values of caring and compassion. AND I find them less expensive than the big box pharmacies.

And they make it so easy to get my prescription filled every month. They call me every time my prescription needs to be filled, and ship it out to me that day. I don't need to remember to refill, and I don't mind paying a little extra to have it delivered.
