The whole experience was professional and seamless, from the web booking to the actual vaccination. I would strongly recommend this small pharmacy for their personal touch.

When I called the day before to ask about possibility of an appointment, they gave me one the next day immediately. It was impossible to get appointments at shoppers or Rexall. Really happy and grateful.

I felt very comfortable and safe as you wait in the extremely large foyer, people are not lined up as you see at other sites. Only a handful were in the foyer. The timing was within a couple of minutes of what your appointment was booked for, which is rare for many places and a comfort to have. I was very impressed with Dr. Mikhaeil. ( 7/5 stars )*******

Spoke to them on Tuesday, said they were fully booked for existing supply of Covid vaccine but check back on Sunday for cancellations, so I did so and sure enough, they were able to accommodate my wife and I the same day! I think I will switch my Rx business to Sam's to continue with their personal touch...I like it!

While I was waiting after the vaccine shot, I bought some items, that I couldn't find at a big-box store pharmacy. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back there to shop as it's nice to see people who notice you and don't treat you impersonally. Thank you Sam!
