I was here yesterday looking for help. I was either stared at, the worker would he on their phone or a few workers would he together talking to each other.not once has anyone said offered for help, not even say hi. & when wanting to ask for help, I had backs turned to me. Seems like everyone who works here wants to be there to socialize amongst each other. No point of ever returning here.

I was completely lost due to my 10yr long favorite production line is gone. But, Argy (i hope im spelling her name correctly) came over with immense knowledge of brands and assisted me in finding the perfect alternative choice! She literally knew everyline has what kind of products! Thank you so much!

I booked one of my clients a full face make up application with a make up artist. She was interested in a natural makeup look. She’s Asian and already has a very pretty face and glowing complexion. Always love the staff and this location was very clean, well organized and stocked! Great job and another happy client :)

Please have an option for 0 star, this sephora is unacceptable, and I will give a negative star if I could. As a regular shopper at Sephora, I've noticed the customer service part has gone downhill, but never this bad! I was shopping for a gift for my friend, and looking into a cushion foundation, kindly asked a representative who's just walking around NOT helping other customers at the time for a suggestion on color, we walked over to the section and I haven't even finished asking my question yet, he cut me off and said he'll find someone else, then he ran around paging another representative then disappeared... I waited at the same section patiently, and 5 minutes gone by no one showed up, and no follow-up on what's happening! I turned around, and the disappeared representative already helping another customer... last I checked I'm also a customer, yet I'm being ignored and not respected... I understand it's a big store, and maybe not enough staff, but the store was pretty much EMPTY, with 3 representatives helping one customer at the cashier... and no one even bother take a second to at least update me... this will be my last year keeping my rouge status... if my business is not appreciated here, I'm sure some other stores will!!

Went to Sephora @ Yonge and Eglinton today, and had a great shopping trip. Madison (at cashier) was so nice, warm and helpful. I truly appreciate good customer service especially in these hard times. Thanks Madison. I'll definitely be back :)

The staff was helpful except for the girl at the checkout counter. She was very rude. I shopped for $250 and when I inquired for samples she said they don’t carry samples. And they’re only for people who sign up. Thats fine with me, its just the tone you use with a customer.

Great experience. I went with serious concerns about my skin care routine and Mina took care of me. She was very kind and very patience with all my questions and resolved many of the doubts that I had. She walked with me through each of her suggestions and best tips for best results. I appreciate her tons! I will totally keep going to this branch because of their customer service quality. 5 stars out of 5

I just left this store a few moments ago and had to write about my experience. I am someone who frequents this location, more in the last couple of months because the products I purchase never end up being the right match. This time, a wonderful and beautiful woman named Carlotta (she works for Dior and was there at that Sephora location just for today) took the time to walk around with me, colour match me, tested everything out (multiple products, until we found the perfect match) allowed me to show her the products I was recommended before that didn’t work for me, taught me some tricks and really helped me out a great deal. I’ve been going back every week to return products, I am confident I will not be returning back there to return, only to see if I can catch her again. Her customer experience is phenomenal, it’s no wonder she works for Dior, and you can tell she really cares about the customer, the products and she truly enjoys what she does. I am so happy with this experience, for the first time in a very very long time. And, the sun is shining. What a beautiful experience and a beautiful day, I can’t wait to go home and get ready for work with my new products now. Thank you, Carlotta!
