As soon as we connected on the phone for the first time and I spoke about my issue for just a few seconds, she started attacking me and accusing me of fault – in a rather impolite tone too. There was another law firm out there that was courteous, asked many questions to understand the case broad and deep, reassuring about cases to be made, and even offered a contingent fee.
It's a 2-star and not a 1-star because she ended the call a bit more pleasantly, saying I that can call her back should I proceed with her non-contingent offer.
